Product Availability
We try to keep our website updated, however in the event that you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours - excluding weekends and holidays. You will be given the option of waiting for the item to become available or issued a full refund. Items that are out of stock are shipped to the customer as soon as the item is back in stock.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax will only be applied to orders within the state of Florida.
Shipping Policy
We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.
If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) immediately. Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, its representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. Do not discard or destroy any shipping cartons or packaging materials.
Rejected or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Lingerie Gift Baskets are shipped out the next business day unless out of stock.
Domestic Orders
We try to process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after an order is placed, however some products may take longer and is specified in the product description. All domestic orders with a total of $100.00 or more (excluding tax and shipping charges) will receive FREE shipping. Orders of less than $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 per order. Please note that when ordering multiple items that your items may ship seperately.

Packaging Privacy
All items are shipped discreetly using USPS, UPS or FedEx and will arrive in plain packaging with no indication of what is inside the package. We do this to protect our customer's privacy. *Please do not send returns to the address on your package. Items returned to this address will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. You must contact us at returns@casadelingerie.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and we will send you the instructions along with the address to return the merchandise.
