Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, state regulations, health laws and for our customer's protection, we can not accept returns on items unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
**To insure that you are receiving a brand new item and not a previously returned item, please be careful when shopping at other websites who accept returns on lingerie**
All customers must contact us via email at returns@casadelingerie.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 5 days of receiving the item. You will be emailed the RMA number and instructions for returning the item. All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will not accept any returns past 14 days. Any item returned to us without the RMA number will not be exchanged or refunded and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Even though we strive to make sure that every order is shipped correctly, sometimes an error can occur. Should you receive an item that has a factory defect, or were shipped the wrong size or color, we will gladly exchange the item at our expense.
Please note that when returning items we recommend that you get a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.
