Your Privacy:
We respect your privacy! We will never sell, loan or rent any of our customer's information (including address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.). Any information provided to us is kept safe, secure, private and only used for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Packaging Privacy:
All items are shipped discreetly using USPS, UPS or FedEx and will arrive in plain packaging with no indication of what is inside the package. We do this to protect our customer's privacy. *Please do not send returns to the address on your package. Items returned to this address will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense. You must contact us at returns@casadelingerie.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and we will send you the instructions along with the address to return the merchandise.

Shopping with Casa de Lingerie.com is completely safe and secure. Your personal data is protected using 128 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encryption through SiteSafe. Our customers are completely protected.
Product Availability:
We try to keep our website updated, however in the event that you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 - 48 hours - excluding weekends and holidays. You will be given the option of waiting for the item to become available or issued a full refund. Items that are out of stock are shipped to the customer as soon as the item becomes available.
Sales Tax:
Sales Tax will only be applied to orders within the state of Florida.
Shipping Policy:
We only ship to the United States and Canada at this time.
If you receive a damaged shipment, or suspect a shipment is damaged, please notify the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) immediately. Before a carrier will process any claim for damaged merchandise, its representative must inspect the merchandise and the shipping carton. Do not discard or destroy any shipping cartons or packaging materials.
Rejected or refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Domestic Orders:
We usually process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days after an order is placed, however some items may take longer and is specified in the item description. All domestic orders with a total of $100.00 or more (excluding tax and shipping charges) will receive FREE shipping. Orders of less that $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 per order. Please note that when ordering multiple items that your items may ship seperately.
Shipments to Canada:

Return Policy:
Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, state regulations, health laws and for our customer's protection, we can not accept returns on items unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
**To insure that you are receiving a brand new item and not a previously returned item, please be careful when shopping at other websites who accept returns on lingerie**
All customers must contact us via email at returns@casadelingerie.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 5 days of receiving the item. You will be emailed the RMA number and instructions for returning the item. All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will not accept any returns past 14 days. Any item returned to us without the RMA number will not be exchanged or refunded and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Even though we strive to make sure that every order is shipped correctly, sometimes an error can occur. Should you receive an item that has a factory defect, or were shipped the wrong size or color, we will gladly exchange the item at our expense.
Please note that when returning items we recommend that you get a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail.
